Jack McInnis, President and CEOTiburon Associates, Inc.'s leaders bring a solid history of success and innovation to the company. Mr. Jack McInnis is a founding partner and principal of Tiburon Associates, Inc. He is the current President and CEO and is responsible for establishment and oversight of Tiburon's business practices, including finance and contracts. Mr. McInnis has been deeply involved in Tiburon's growth and subsequent restructuring to enable continued effective management of both business and technical issues. Prior to Tiburon, Mr. McInnis was responsible for the start up of several successful companies and provided extensive production and assessment support to the Navy. |
Kirk Dunker, COOMr. Kirk Dunker, Chief Operations Officer of Tiburon Associates, Inc., is responsible for the day-to-day operations, business growth and overall satisfactory performance of the Tiburon team. Mr. Dunker is an expert in technology insertion and transition of DoD weapons systems of advanced technologies and has an extensive background of DoD programs. Tiburon's management team consists of strategic thinkers with diverse experiences in order to provide a strong and successful vision for the future to Tiburon employees. |
Robert Morris, DORobert Morris is Tiburon Director of Operations, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the aerospace & defense industry to the position. Over the course of his career, he was Chief of Industrial Base and Technology at the Air Force Aeronautical Systems Division. He then joined GE Aircraft Engines, where he served as Manager of GE's Special Products Operation with responsibility for the development and commercialization of complex aerospace components. More recently he was Vice President of the Military Products Division at O'Gara-Hess Armoring Company. In 2003, Mr. Morris co-founded and became President of Renaissance Services. Widely recognized as a leader in the aerospace community, he was the GE representative to the MIT/Air Force Lean Aerospace Initiative and presently serves on the Executive Committee of the Supplier Management Council for the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and as Co-Chair of the AIA Electronic Enterprise Integration Committee. He is the author of numerous articles for a variety of publications, including Quality Digest and Quality magazine. |
Dale Porter, COBDale Porter, Chairman of the Board for Tiburon Associates, Inc. Dale brings 20 plus years of manufacturing and financial oversight to Tiburon. His diverse experience includes financial planning and analysis, strongly coupled with a technology perspective that adds capability to not only understand the challenges of the defense business, but the ability to leverage opportunities. He is a former executive with Chickasaw Nation Industries and the Siemens Corporation. Mr. Porter is the principal owner of Tiburon Associates, Inc. |
