Dale Porter, Chairman of the Board

Dale Porter, Chairman of the Board for Tiburon Associates, Inc. Dale brings 20 plus years of manufacturing and financial oversight to Tiburon. His diverse experience includes financial planning and analysis, strongly coupled with a technology perspective that adds capability to not only understand the challenges of the defense business, but the ability to leverage opportunities. He is a former executive with Chickasaw Nation Industries and the Siemens Corporation. Mr. Porter is the principal owner of Tiburon Associates, Inc.

Tony Vaticalos, Directory of Business Development

Tony Vaticalos is an owner of Tiburon Associates, and the Director of Business Development. As one of the company’s first employees, Tony has been responsible for the award of several significant programs for the organization.

Tony has extensive experience managing multiple Manufacturing Technology projects for the U.S. Army’s Material Command (AMC) and Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM), including the Rotary Wing Aircraft Sustainment Program (RWASP) and the Advanced Manufacturing and Maintenance Program (AMMO). Each of these programs were multi-year technology initiatives designed to modernize the U.S. Army’s Depot capabilities by inserting critical technologies to enhance capabilities and reduce costs.

Tony has considerable experience in supply chain management with credentials in program management and acquisition logistics and has executed supply chain programs at the retail, wholesale, and corporate levels. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force’s Wholesale Logistics Supply Functional Experience Program and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
